As a social media manager and strategist for Sweet LaLa’s Bakery, I crafted a 32-page pitch outlining a complete social media strategy, including an audit, competitor analysis, and content plan. Over a four-month period, I executed this plan, growing the bakery’s Instagram following by 233 new followers (+3.35%) and increasing monthly reach by 103%. A key driver of success was my focus on high-quality, engaging Reels, which led to a 62.2% increase in average monthly Reel views.
